In 2015, a fruit grower and a processing facility manager were discussing their mutual labor issues. They soon realized that they may each be able to help the other. And almost immediately, a very successful partnership was formed.  

Word about BAS quickly spread throughout the region. Lead by a management team with over 50 years of manufacturing and production experience. And an extensive network of dedicated Area Managers and crews performing a wide range of services,  BAS is now known to be an efficient and cost effective solution available to industries throughout the Northwest.

From the humble origin of two friends helping each other in Quincy WA. To providing services at facilities stretching from the Wenatchee Valley to Southern Idaho, BAS strives to always support our friends however we can. And, of course, we're always eager to make new ones along the way!
